Adding an admin to your LinkedIn Page makes it easier to share the responsibility of managing your company’s presence. With the right access in place, team members or trusted partners can help publish content, respond to engagement, keep information current, and maintain a more consistent presence without relying on one person to handle everything.

Before getting started, make sure:

  • You are currently a Super Admin for the LinkedIn Page.
  • The person you’re adding follows the Page.
  • You are connected to them on LinkedIn or they are within your extended network.

Add a Page Admin

  1. Log in to LinkedIn and open your company Page in Super Admin View.
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left.
  3. Click Manage Admins.
  4. Choose the Page Admins tab.
  5. Click Add Admin.
  6. Search for the person by name.
  7. Select their profile from the results.
  8. Choose the appropriate admin role.
  9. Click Save.

Once access has been added, the new admin should be able to manage the Page based on the permissions assigned to their role.

Having Trouble?

If the person does not appear in the search results, double-check that they:

  • Follow the company Page.
  • Are connected to you on LinkedIn.
  • Have not blocked the Page and have not been blocked by the Page.

LinkedIn may also require account verification before additional admins can be added.
