Project Overview
The Dead Sea Squirrels is an animated children’s series streaming on Minno, supported by a popular book series and a music soundtrack built from Season 1. The team partnered with Wander Creative to strengthen their social presence, engage families consistently, and expand awareness of the show between seasons.
The Challenge
Season 1 had performed well, but the social media presence was inconsistent, especially during the long gaps between seasons. Without a clear content rhythm or strategy, the brand had difficulty staying visible, promoting the books, and building anticipation for future episodes.
The Goal
Create a sustainable social strategy with consistent weekly content, repurpose existing assets creatively, and build an engaging presence that speaks directly to parents of young children.
Our Approach
What We Did
We developed a multi-layered content strategy built around consistency, creativity, and audience fit. This included:
- Establishing a posting rhythm to keep the series top-of-mind between seasons
- Building a release plan for the music soundtrack to create ongoing conversation touchpoints
- Repurposing existing assets such as show clips, music moments, and book illustrations to create dynamic, varied content
- Developing supplementary content ideas designed specifically for parents, highlighting the show as safe, fun, and high-quality entertainment
- Creating evergreen content buckets the team could rely on month after month
Why it Worked
Parents respond to consistency and clarity. By giving them a mix of show moments, music highlights, book visuals, and parent-friendly messaging, the account became more engaging, more informative, and more aligned with what families look for in streaming content.
The strategy made it possible to maintain momentum even without new episodes airing.
The Result
Although still early in the partnership, the refreshed strategy has already led to stronger engagement, steadier follower growth, and more consistent visibility across platforms. Parents have responded positively to the mix of entertainment and helpful context, and the account now has a clear identity with room to scale as new seasons release.
